Ideas like calling members who are missing meetings, connecting with Rotaract Clubs, following up with new members, be welcoming, moving to 100% in-person, effectively using hybrid meetings, alternating between conventional meetings and social meetings as well as service events.

This was the second of three Membership session meant to foster ideas for our Rotary club to grow. This session featured Marilyn Hanson, Past District Governor of District 7010 and a member of the Rotary Club of Orillia. Her club won the bronze medal from Rotary International for Membership Achievements
