GUEST SPEAKER:  DEBBIE MORGAN – PARTNERS IN SERVICE

During his introduction of Debbie, Ted Morison gave a brief history of the program started by Ron Murdoch a former member of our club.

Partners has been in operation for over 20  years. Rotary clubs are asked to share the costs of purchasing health equipment request by individuals and recommended by occupational therapists (in most cases).

.The individual or family  must raise part of the money for the needed equipment and the Rotary clubs share the rest.

Debbie showed what she has purchased so far this year and thanked us for the two projects we helped with.

She also said that she would take any used equipment that you may hanging around your house – things like wheelchairs, hospital beds, portable commodes canes and walkers.

WE look forward to continue to work with Partners in Service
