World Polio Day in Durham Region

Hosted by the Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwood on October 24, Durham Regional Councilor Bob Chapman presented proclamations to the 10 Durham Region Rotary Club Presidents and to our District Governor Neil Phillips. Dr. Bob Scott, immediate Past Chair of the Rotary International PolioPlus Program was the keynote speaker. He brought everyone up to date on the status of polio eradication in the world.
