  • Janice Coupland too had a great time. Kris drove back on the 407 and did okay. And glad to meet Rotarians from Halifax who were at their table for the Saturday Dinner.

  • Hilda Finnigan also had lots of fun and remarked on the exchange student sitting with us at the dinner table, Valentina Barbose from Argentina. Al was impressed too.

  • Dr. Larry Hurren – Heard a story from his daughter, a nurse at the hospital about an elderly lady and her kneecaps in the hospital.

  • Kris Sachdeva also had an excellent time and showed everyone the flashing Rotary Pins – a preamble to the Rotary International Convention in June 2018.

  • President Ted - was glad that o many Rotarians from our club were at the District Conference. Lots of fun with friends.

  • Dave Andrews also had a great time and was most impressed with Thanh Campbell. Be sure to look him up.

  • Devon Biddle also had a great time at the District Conference and had a great chat with the Honourable Peter Mackay, the husband of Nazanin , who spoke at the conference. Devon had met Peter MacKay in Nova Scotia in a restaurant in Peter's riding and Peter remembered meeting Devon and Linda and Robert and Caroline there.
