Rotary Foundation Walk 2021 will be on Sunday September 26, FROM 9 AM TO 12 NOON in Trenton, Ontario.

This is a notice to members. We have a Waverly Public School Project proposal. Members will be asked for their support at our in person meeting on August 24.

We are back to the Golf club for meetings on August 24.
Bowmaville Drive thru-Ribfest August 22 and 23.-they are asking for volunteers.
Hilda announced Ploughman’s Choice is here (500 bags) and will start selling September 7.
We will take pre-orders starting on Aug 23, for Sept 7 pickup or delivery.
Hilda announced that the Tulip bulbs are Canadian produced and will be grower’s choice in color

Robbie’s daughter is participating Jamie Allen performance in Toronto
Dave Penny is getting pretty good at using his right hand. PLUS 3 friends of his donated $400.00 to our foundation for the Waverly project
Sue bought a new Mac lap top after she spilt wine on her old one, needs help getting familiar with it. Larry offered to help.

Ted Morrison thanked Jennifer for her enthusiastic presentation.
Jennifer’s presentation included the following points
Jennifer is concerned about long line and waiting times ups for driving licenses (G1)
Pro active in long term care accountability
Would implement a program for Climate change, jobs and Justice plan
Promote real jobs
Work with Municipal leaders for Broad band and fiber optics
Concerned about new cars on lots with no computer chips, could build these chips locally
Feels that we should build what we need locally and is promoting this
Need to focus on Durham housing
Insure everyone gets their Vaccines
