Hilda Finnigan asked for volunteers for Bulletin Editor and Front Desk for the summer months

Sonya Thompson announced Team # 1 Bingo - July 7th at 4:30PM

Janice Coupland - received a Banner, Flag and Liberty Bell from North East Pennsylvania (a guest at our Home Hospitality evening)

Ted Morrison also received a Banner from Germany + German Chocolate!!

Lennis Trotter announced the KSV meeting Monday July 9th at 5:30 at the Village

Pres. Linda Porritt reminded Board members meeting July 10th followed by Club Assembly meeting for all Club members

INDUCTION OF NEW MEMBER:

Dave Andrews led the Induction of Dan Pantaleo as a member of the Rotary Club of Oshawa Parkwood. Dan was welcomed by those present and looks forward to joining in our activities.

HAPPY TOONIES:

There were +++ comments from members in appreciation of the International Convention, particularly our Home Hospitality on Monday June 25th - our guests enjoyed the venue, the meal and of course having Col. Sams' grandson Pete Taylor and his wife Kristine in the group was "priceless"- Devon, Janice, Hilda. Lennis, David Andrews

Dave Penney and Ted Morrison spoke about the quality of speakers, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau

Hilda expressed appreciation for the organized way in which our Home Hospitality guests were guided to the GO platform to facilitate getting on the train to Oshawa (kudos to Metrolinks staff for their assistance)

Bob Stewart happy to play golf with Mike McLaren

Mike enjoyed golf in Scotland

David Mankiewicz - a great vacation in old Quebec City

Sonya Thompson impressed with the comradery and congeniality of the International Convention
