Pres.Ted: A big thank you to Kim and Robbie for another successful Reverse Draw!

Pres Ted: May 29 is Paul Harris Awards Dinner, spouses are invited, signup as soon as possible.

Pres Ted – reminded us about the JUNE 19 – RCMP Musical Ride – Two shows - 12:30 and 5:15 pm at Wiindreach Farm, 312 Townline Rd, Ashburn. Tickets . Tickets - $25 per adult, $15 per child . Arrive 1 hour prior to show time to ensure seating and parking . Visit windreachfarm.org for tickets, more information, and directions. Many Rotary Clubs in our district, including ours, has made donations to Windreach Farm, over the years. This is our chance to give back.

Sue MacKinnon: If you volunteer at the Kids' Safety Village in any capacity, a police check is now required. Please fill in attached form and return to Sue MacKinnon. Your SIN is not required.

Devon Biddle: talked about the Home Hospitality Night at Parkwood Estate on June 25. For some people attending the convention, this is the highlight for them, to see people from different countries, and their ethnical showing in their clothing in a home setting. Volunteers are required. Devon has the sign up sheet.

Lennis Trotter: advised there is a meeting at the Village on May 22, at 5:00pm for the Safety Village Committtee.

REMINDER: Lennis Trotter will order "Rotary" clothing (hats, shirts and jackets) , but he needs a minimum number - let him know if you want anything.

Bob Stewart - Rotary Yard Sale - Saturday June 2nd (rain date June 3rd). Bob is accepting items NOW. Note to the Committee: Be at his home by 7:30 am for a 8 am start.
