Devon Biddle ran the AGM of our Charitable Foundation going over previous meetings and financials for the year past. An election was held for new Board members.

Sue MacKinnon , Club President 2020-21 announced that David Penney has agreed to be President-Elect during her year. There was some confusion about who was coming off the Board because their term was up. Jackie Schagen has agreed to sit on the Board for next year
Devon Biddle gave the mid-year financial statements of the Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwood and budget for this year. The club is in a strong financial situation. Devon answered a lot of questions from members.
