HAPPY TOONIES
Ted says that Sharron had 5 days of  Black Friday shopping on a recent trip to the Buffalo area.  She had to pay $95.00 sales tax upon her return.  Ted sampled a few restaurants that Sharron will not go to, while Sharron was away.

Stanley – with 3 daughters leaving home to attend university, it’s time to downsize.  Only wife is left!  Moving this weekend to Newcastle.

Bob – too many parties; had to get back to Rotary.

Bob Stewart – missed his daughters’ hockey game to stay home and rake leaves.  He missed a good game, girls were checking.  His daughter got a goal.

Larry said his favourite shows are Still Standing and Murdoch Mysteries.  Hopes to see Oshawa on the show sometime.
Hope Oshawa can rebound from the GM closure.

Bob (Koski) tried a new restaurant.  Coco Frutti?  Had a great meal and more as Patty did not like hers!

Dan – nice to travel to Fort Lauderdale but nice to come home too!  Bomb scare at Fort Lauderdale airport.

Mark (Blackmore) advised he is shy and thought a toonie wasn’t enough so gave 8 quarters.  Thanked Dave Andrews for letting him come to dinner.  He is proud of Heather for being with a good bunch of people who are community minded.  This is a good example for his daughter to see.

Hilda – attended an awards ceremony on the McLaughlin Gallery.  It was very good and raised money for children to have art classes that otherwise they could not afford.

Linda thanked TED and DAVE for their contribution to the Super Bowl, cakes and ham fundraiser.
